We are so excited to announce that we launched our new CD 'Amongst the Wild Rowans' on 29th November 2024! The album, a collection of our favourite traditional songs, is available NOW on Bandcamp.

The album was recorded throughout 2024 at St. Mary's Space - Appin, Rose House - Gairlochy, The Summerhouse - Dalry, Red Deer Studios - Edinburgh and at Artes MusikProduktion - Lenningen, Germany and features a collection of twelve traditional songs all very dear to our hearts.
Although the album mostly features our duo we are delighted to have guest appearances from the brilliant Duncan Lyall (Moog/Double Bass), Alice Allen (Cello) and Nathon Jones (Resonator Guitar).
The album was mixed by the wonderful Chris Waite and mastered by Sam Proctor at Lismor Mastering.
The beautiful sleeve was designed by Van Gill Media and duo photographs were by Andrew King.
We would like to extend a HUGE thank you and lots of love to everyone who helped us to bring the album together 💙

Despite The Wind And Rain
With the support of Creative Scotland we recorded ten brand new songs which tell the tales of a host of amazing Scottish women. Spanning centuries of Scottish history, the album features songs in both Gaelic and English and covers a range of topics including suffrage, emancipation, endeavour, discovery and women's rights.
